Deed of Title Cession of American Samoa and Tui Manuʻa?

ANSWER: A more formal alliance was made with Eastern Samoa in the early 1900s to the Republic of the United States and with all citizens to be equal in rights, a title cession was agreed upon that the rank be as according to custom, a suspension of title. The First Flag Day was celebrated in April 1900. American Samoa reformed it's Government in 1967 to take on votes replacing older customs of Samoan Entitlement, proud of it's systematic evolution without a protest or War. Wikipedia has misled readers into a White vs Samoan History, which does not convey the overall trust proceedings. With US. American administrations and politics changing upon elections, American Samoan issues fall under The United States Department of Interior so that relations can not be interfered with, so does this as well pertain to Trust Regions or Native American Confederations of the same relationship with the USA. Eastern Samoa or American Samoa remains an 'unincorporated region' which means it's status is aligned, but not apart of, and is simply said to have a "special relationship" with The United States and it's Navy.

Further information on The US. Samoan Treaty of 1900
There have been Samoan-Union-US. relations since 1839, long before the United States became the actual United States after its Civil War with the Confederate States in the 1860s. In 1839 Commander Wilkes who was surveying the Polynesian region looking for new relations, came upon Eastern Samoa who were already in contact with the British missionary, met with Dutch, and had chased off the French. By the year 1900, 60 years later, Samoan-US. relations were well trusted and sealed with the 18th President General Grant Administration.

Translations of Treaties have in the past and still do today have their legal contestations, and the word "Cession" does have a relevant translation of 'retire' referring only to title and not landsThe US. Samoan Treaty of 1900 only reaffirms Samoa's autonomy, and to no other than under it's own Samoan people, and full rights over it's lands and surrounding ocean claims, this to explain the term "unincorporated", with it's own Samoan Government, this to explain the term "unorganized", and in so having such status American Samoan Nationals can not vote towards US. Presidential elections unless pledging their national oath under further jurisdictional terms by state witness to become a US. resident citizen. United States citizens too can not own land in Eastern Samoa (American Samoa) and must be born there and pass a Blood quantum requirement.

Wikipedia and online Propaganda
Politics in the Asia Pacific and Polynesia are a complicated area of study involving not only Pacific Island nations but from many nations overseas in the Americas and in Europe. New Zealand politics has also been confronted with calling American Samoa a "Colony" of the United States, confusing their own history with American Samoa's status.

This photo has been uploaded online as being the US. Samoan Treaty of 1900 by American Samoa to the United States. This though is a single last page of a longer Treaty with Fiji in the Fijian Museum and has nothing to do with American Samoan History.

◘ Health Interests

#1 tip Trust in Medical help has lowered since year 2000, especially when it comes to Cancer Treatments. Promises unkept for cures and breakthroughs in new research never applied, or with poor results, for over 40 years has raised skepticism. Following the most advanced tech nations instead of relying on easy access convenient hospitalization has been recommended for those looking for better medical help.

#1 tipA Community report says to "Beware of TAP WATER" [Tap Water can be Dangerous]. Outside the island, there are industrialized cities with real toxic issues. On the surface the City may have great rides, food, highways, and parks, but have under it all "toxic or environmental health issues" due to old Landfills and Water Infrastructure being ignored. If an area has a waste smell, the ground nearby could be a covered over Landfill where a town has expanded, buried the old one, and moved to a new location. Buying clean bottled water is an important choice, and will save a person's health.
◘ Community Interests

#1 tipPacific Islander American Community report on "Banking Overdraft Schemes" which resequence transactions on lower income accounts to make the accounts overdraft. In the Banking Scheme, transactions are being posted in an order that benefits the banking fees, and costing the customer possibly hundreds of dollars. The Banking Overdraft Schemes have been reported to still be attempted. Keep your money in a trusted Bank. Do not just sign up to any bank.

#1 tip Check out your local Library for community events. Also a Library can subscribe to Polynesian Newspapers and Magazines so that you and your kids can read them. Organizing a way to have books and media content (movies and news) able for your community to check out is important. Organize your local Library on how to get things started. Classes in public school are also being asked by local community for more Pacific languages and culture to be taught.
