If the answer is something to the effect of, "We just can't find material", then there's probably a few more steps to take. There is a Library Administrator that can be addressed, have support with you, or other people involved community. There is also a Library Board that can be addressed. The point being that if your local Library doesn't have material for your community to check out, they should and they can, that's their job is to help it's local community have a fair bit of materials for learning.
