Why New Zealand should be called Aotearoa or Aotearoa New Zealand?

ANSWER: The most popular answer is that because "New Zealand" is a Dutch naming of the land by an Abel Tasman Expedition. What most people don't know is that the Abel Tasman Expedition was very very LOST. The Dutch Expedition was on mission to not only find routes to the Malay Spice islands, but to engage the Spanish and Catholic ships in War, and the Dutch thought that they had landed on the southern tip of South America.

Abel Tasman then attempted to rename "Magellan's Pass" as "Staten Land" under his Majesty and 'Abel Tasman Passage', again thinking he was in South America. The area was though mapped out as New Zeelandia, When the Dutch were anchored in Bay looking for resupply they didn't know they had come during an inter-Iwi Maori War, and the first encounter became a lethal mistake and so the Dutch left quickly. The British came later and never did an inquiry into the name's history, partly because they too for awhile didn't know if they were allowed to stay. Today the land has two names, both Aotearoa and New Zealand, however only the native name has actual meaning and relevance.

What is the Samoan Headdress?

ANSWER: The Samoan Headdress is a very old part of the Samoan culture and has much less of a place in modern Samoan culture but is continued to be used in dance and stage performances. Cultures who wear headdress have been known to have in their History, either a dark period of War where either head-hunting or scalping is practiced, or they have a mark of Hunter's Pride (Trophy taking). Headdress are not just found in Asia Pacific Polynesia cultures but also in some older Imperial European cultures. Headdress are usually very tall on the head and made with a rare or expensive fur or feather attached to the helmet (usually a rank of Captain or higher, or special Helms are given to Royal Guards).

Why Did New Zealand invade a German-Samoa Radio Station?

ANSWER: The British and Apia Samoan alliance were defeated in Western Samoa at "The Battle of Apia Harbor in 1899" by a Samoan and German alliance and were forced to sign The Tripartite Convention Treaty of 1899. A Samoan King and his British allies having lost to battle, gave up claims to the Apia area. Afterwards neighboring European nation's media published political cartoons of the Samoan-English alliance being defeated by Samoans and Germans. To keep from violating The Tripartite Convention Treaty 'directly' a proxy force from Aotearoa New Zealand (British allied) was sent to attack the German Radio station which was sending radio updates through several channels to Germany.

The British-NZ proxy attack on the Radio station in 1914 violated The Tripartite Convention of 1899  and so started the first World War in the Pacific, over Samoa. The Germans before the NZ unit could raid the station, burned the equipment and dispersed.

Afterwards that same year in 1914 Imperial Germany attacked the Imperial British, first attempting to find the NZ force in Western Samoa. German battleships the SMS Scharnhorst and SMS Gneisenau under command of Vice-Admiral Graf Maximilian von Spee, docked into Apia Harbor hoping to trap the New Zealand Expeditionary Force’s escort squadron. A small schooner was the only ship in the harbor so German Vice-Admiral von Spee sailed along the coast to Mulifanua where he conversed with a German-Samoan plantation before sailing toward to the Falkland Islands. The Imperial German Navy attacked the Imperial British Navy at the "Battle of Coronel" in the Pacific Ocean where the British were found between Rapa Nui and Chilean waters (far-point of the Eastern Polynesian Triangle) which occurred in 1914 November 1st.

The German Naval force who attacked the British was led by Vice-Admiral Graf Maximilian von Spee and defeated the British West Indies Squadron commanded by Rear-Admiral Sir Christopher Cradock. The Coronel Battle was a complete win for Germany and historically called the first German win in "The Great War", over 1,600 soldiers (919 HMS Good Hope, 735 HMS Monmouth) were lost on the British side while the Germans had only a few wounded.

What was the Samoan Civil War?

ANSWER: The history title 'The Samoan Civil War' came from a westren quick sumary that was not at all well informed on Samoan History. Samoan Entitlement before modern reforms included at times, challenges in battle between different ranks and so some in the west did at one point interpret that as a 'Civil War'. The eras of Samoan entitlement were very much similar to a European Feudal system where noble ranks held the influence and supported a Crown hierarchy or even a High-King rank. The Samoan entitlement system works differently in many ways, one way being that all with a Samoan Heritage (bloodline) had the ability to earn title and rank not just a limited few families like in the west. All Samoans are born with one title (Sa'Moa) the sacred people, giving all Samoans a noble like status within Polynesia, many times seen as the founders of the Polynesian Triangle.

What was the Golden Horde of Mongolia?

ANSWER: The Golden Horde was an Era of the Mongolian Empire in which Europe's greatest and strongest nations payed tribute to the great Khans. Wikipedia has allowed a white-wash of Mongolian History, changing the Mongol Empire maps so not to include Europe and completely erasing the The Golden Horde History of the Mongol Empire. Many other areas of Asian and Asia Pacific - Pacific Islander history have been attacked and white-washed.

Will Spain be sunk into the Ocean by Volocanos?

ANSWER: No, but Climate change has severely changed European weather patterns and there is speculation that Spain by the year 2036 will be uninhabitable due to dense volcanic pollution and earthquakes causing unstable living conditions along it's south western borders. Is Wikipedia attacking Mongolian History 2019?

ANSWER: Yes. not only is Asia Pacific-Pacific Islander Polynesian History being attacked by Anglo-white supremacists in Wikipedia, but the Mongolian Empire History and other Asian and Eurasian Histories are being attacked and distorted as well. Recent inquiries into Wikipedia's article post on "The Golden Horde" have been deemed that the misinformation is deliberate. The era of The Golden Horde was a time of immense power over all of Europe, the Middle-east, Northern India, Eurasia, and East Asia, however Wikipedia propagates that the Mongol 'tents' looked Golden in the sunlight, hence according to them, the name The Golden Horde.

What does Paper Tiger mean?

ANSWER: A paper tiger is a person or an entity which postures itself as fierce and strong, but in reality has no authority or power. Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison who has often talked strongly and who has recently caused Australia's first protest riots since The Great Depression, has been called "The Paper Tiger of Australia", a political bigmouth in 2021 who has no real power in the Asia Pacific.

Have the Spanish ever tried to attack Polynesia?

ANSWER: Yes, but only through social media in 2018 and recently some questionable Spanish music titles have popped up, such as the song "Hawai" by a pervert named Maluma. There is a Youtube channel called La Mancha Media who in 2018 spread racial propaganda on American Samoan History, calling it a "Lost Colony". Since 2010, not only has there been social media attacks on Asia Pacific regions, but almost non-stop black balling Asia Pacific regions from some once influential western News Companys who have now gone politically radical. All this because of Asia Pacific's rising on the world stage with China and ASEAN nations. Where there used to be 4 Asian economic Tigers, there are now around 10.

Do Polynesians get along with Euro-Spanish people?

ANSWER: Polynesians get along with everyone but "Polynesian Culture" does NOT usually go well with "Spanish Culture" and is almost the complete opposite. Polynesian Culture has historically favored German, American, French and Canadian, and British Europeans along with most Southeast and East Asian cultures.

The First Samoan Civil War?

ANSWER: The Samoan Civil War Title is an incorrect Historical Title which seems to have come from Wikipedia, written by someone who had no idea of Asia Pacific or Polynesian Samoan History. It would seem the history title was copied from The American Civil War title. The Samoan way of governing was very different from modern times and the older Samoan Entitlement system included an option of formal battle overseen by Samoan councils who are in judge of title contenders. These "Samoan Entitlement battles" seem to be what someone in Wikipedia has attempted to call a "Samoan Civil War". No war in Samoa ever involved all of Samoa fighting each other (both Western and Eastern), there has never been a Civil War like the one in the USA. There are many titles spanning Samoan History some given at the point of recognition and then taken after death, making an Era of dominance or loss come and go after a generation.

Why people don't like Star Trek Discovery?

ANSWER: Many Star Trek fans have expressed their anger at changing the Klingons. There is no doubt that The Klingon Race, The Human Race, and The Vulcan Race, are the three most American favorites. Also American fans have said that the background build up of the Klingon Race (songs, language, fashion, weaponry, and even cultural ceremonies) has been so worked on, that by changing anything now will cause criticism and the loss of some very dedicated American fans. Another complaint is that Star Trek has become more like "Star Wars" which again loses an older fan base at an attempt to attract a new fan base.

Should Rapa Nui Easter Island make an Alliance with Asia Pacific and other Polynesian Nations?

ANSWER: Relations between the Native Rapa Nui Nation and Chile have in the past been extremely problematic, and many people say Chile has had plenty of chances to create better relations and economic ties with the Rapa Nuian people, and times up. The Asian century is here. The nation of Chile is not at all an economic power, manufactures nothing, and survives only by selling off it's own natural resources to Asian power houses. The former PM of Australia Scott Morrison was a called a 'Paper tiger' in 2022, who's been working to challenge Asia Pacific influences yet the nation of Australia only has 8-12 million people mostly living on the East coast with central and western Australia being owned by the Native peoples. Famous for only making vegimite chocolate and lamb chops, and who too survives by selling off natural resources like coal, steel, and other minerals to Asia Pacific economic powers. The nation of Chile has around 17 million people, most in poverty, yet attempts to flex in Asia Pacific regions but only so with Rapa Nui, hoping that Rapa Nui doesnt align with Chinese or other neighboring Asia Pacific cousins.

Spanish La Mancha Media Youtube: Attacking USA Allies American Samoa in Social Media?

ANSWER: It's unsure what they were trying to accomplish by their campaign, but it's clear it was more of the same, simply ugly media trying to bring up 120 year old history to demoralize the peacefulness of the American Samoan region.

"Even though it's hard, Samoans were told to not engage what might be radical and racist overseas Social Media. The group La Mancha Media seems to have visited United States allied territories to create mistrust, and were reported by American Samoans who said that the documentary was an attack on Samoan history and harmony, trying to sour relations between Samoa and the United States."

Can Tulsi Gabbard become President 2020?

ANSWER: Yes. There have been Presidential candidates who were born on US Allied Regions, but outside the United States proper, and there was no real controversy about it. John McCain was born on a US military base in Panama while his father was stationed there. Barry Goldwater was born in Arizona Territory before Arizona became a state. Both were considered "natural born citizens", even though they weren't born in what we usually think of as the United States.

Most Americans born in a foreign country to an American parent who returned to live in the US are also considered “natural born”. (Ted Cruz falls into this category.) Because the Constitution uses the phrase “natural born”, but doesn't define what that means, plenty of case law has built up over the years to include these Americans among the natural born. It is not considered a controversial issue in constitutional law. More specifically to Gabbard, her mother was a natural born US citizen and her father was an American Samoan who became a naturalized citizen.

American Samoa is considered a special USA Ally with a history going back to the decorated War hero and President Ulysses S. Grant from the American Civil War.

◘ Health Interests

#1 tip Trust in Medical help has lowered since year 2000, especially when it comes to Cancer Treatments. Promises unkept for cures and breakthroughs in new research never applied, or with poor results, for over 40 years has raised skepticism. Following the most advanced tech nations instead of relying on easy access convenient hospitalization has been recommended for those looking for better medical help.

#1 tipA Community report says to "Beware of TAP WATER" [Tap Water can be Dangerous]. Outside the island, there are industrialized cities with real toxic issues. On the surface the City may have great rides, food, highways, and parks, but have under it all "toxic or environmental health issues" due to old Landfills and Water Infrastructure being ignored. If an area has a waste smell, the ground nearby could be a covered over Landfill where a town has expanded, buried the old one, and moved to a new location. Buying clean bottled water is an important choice, and will save a person's health.
◘ Community Interests

#1 tipPacific Islander American Community report on "Banking Overdraft Schemes" which resequence transactions on lower income accounts to make the accounts overdraft. In the Banking Scheme, transactions are being posted in an order that benefits the banking fees, and costing the customer possibly hundreds of dollars. The Banking Overdraft Schemes have been reported to still be attempted. Keep your money in a trusted Bank. Do not just sign up to any bank.

#1 tip Check out your local Library for community events. Also a Library can subscribe to Polynesian Newspapers and Magazines so that you and your kids can read them. Organizing a way to have books and media content (movies and news) able for your community to check out is important. Organize your local Library on how to get things started. Classes in public school are also being asked by local community for more Pacific languages and culture to be taught.
