Theres a lot of health information out there online on what to eat for people from the USA and other areas of the world hoping to achieve their perfect body says a Pacific Islander Dietitian, but Polynesians should be mindful that they may need a diet more traditional with traditional recipes 💪. Hawaiian cooking has significantly advanced over the last 50 years being such a successful tourist destination and has a wide variety and mixture of Asia Pacific-Polynesian foods, and might be a great place to start if someone is looking to change things up.

Gotta have the island food dipped in the coconut cream and that Ginger tea works wonders on blood pressure. Dont get lazy and buy the tea bags with ginger flavor and some Ginger seasoning, buy the Ginger Roots from the store, cut them in coins with boiled water, strain it, and add some sugar if you like. Thats the good stuff"

'I buy like pizza which tastes really good, Iam a Pizza and Bacon Burger lover but it's kinda like filling my body with the wrong gas' 

'I've recently worked on a High Zinc Diet which happens to be all kinds of Seafood Meats...Fish, Crab legs, Shrimp, Lobster etc.. My body really needs things like Zincs and the Omegas in Seafoods, and also Potassium which is found in things like Taro, Bananas, Yams, Potatoes. It's really about putting the right things in my body for the long term, real health, meaning my body literally needs those foods for it to sustain my strength. If people are shaped by their environment and Samoans and Polynesians have been in the South Pacific for thousands and thousands of years, then of course, those foods are key for a healthy life in development and older ages'

There was something of a Polynesian health campaign in 2012 by Chris Vagai stating "Eat what your Ancestors ate" 👹, unfortunately the health campaign may have been contracted work and so it isn't found online very easily these days. The message was simply that what was great for island fathers and mothers, is good and essential for the next generations.

Results of the study show that it's partly the meeting of the people, the crossroads, the diversity, and the ability to easily connect through the internet is what's fueling these territorial and possessive traits to be the best, most THIC 💥, most attractive woman figure, and partly due to geopolitical shifts in the west triggering a business and cultural survivalist atmosphere. Its possible this is great news for many men in terms of hooking-up...possible .

While mainstream US. media can talk about nothing but election politics and Climate Crisis weather across the Atlantic in Europe, in the states, Rents and Housing prices are going up, and up, and up, with some US. states not having Rent Control Laws in place to protect their own residents. The state of Texas is one of those states and prices have tripled since 2019 in major cities, which may move toward $2,000.00-$2,500.00 a month in the future for a single one bedroom f0r 550-600 square ft. In the states of Arizona, California, New York, and Florida, the homelessness populations have turned into actual slum-towns within cities, similar to what is witnessed in the nation of India with hundreds living under bridges and by abandoned buildings.

These Luxury Rental prices are missing one thing, which is the luxury, with most of the Texas properties up for lease built in the 1970s (almost 50 years ago) with unhealthy beaten down air-conditioner units that drink electricity, old piping, outdated bathroom and shower fixtures, matted carpeting, and with roach and bed bug infestations 👀. Development and infrastructure along with Poverty alleviation efforts that lifted over 800 million people out of extreme poverty (almost 3xs the population of the USA - 300 million) in the Asia Pacific has caught the eyes of many nations, and now on Youtube it's being shown the differences in price and living conditions in major Chinese cities on several channels, posted on social media from westerners who have moved to Asia (China). 

"These people here in the USA sometimes blame immigration, bad living habits such as substance abuse, and sometimes just blame a single political party. All the while nothing is being done except continued conversation and debate. In Asia they've already fixed the problem for the most part, 3xs over our population for over 800 million people, and then went steps further and built the most modern super cities that are ready for the next 10-20 years of population growth"

"Since family is involved, I can't just hope that things will change anytime. There has been no sign and barely enough talk"

Not only are the new Apartments impressive in their construction, but are far bigger and cheaper (several bedrooms for the price of one in the states), which come with brand new and updated fixtures, however its really the Utility expenses and Internet services that truly shame anything found in the west.

BREXIT and remembering that racism helped destroy the UK: PM Boris Johnson leaving but not soon enough

Remembering 2016 and the reasons for BREXIT and who

In 2016, western Populist rhetoric had spread to both the United Kingdom and the United States. Mainstream media and some social media channels from Liberal Tory supporters in Australia were constantly black-balling East Asian progress with fake market reports and of fake News infrastructure schemes. Muslims and Chinese were the first targeted by United Kingdom media which became the added 'fear factor' to boost the votes towards leaving the European Union, a European Union which does include Muslim nations such as Turkey, therefore them having access to other European Union member nations such as the UK. The leader of the UK Brexit Nigel Farage once stated that 'the EU Referendum is about nothing less than the safety and security of British women' while addressing the European Parliament, quoting a reporter and spreading more fearful reasons to justify the beginning of a new and more independent Great Britain. There has been consensus that there were existing issues with some groups entering the UK, but those problems were handled too irrationally and with broad reckless diplomacy. Promises were made year after year by the Tory Party and in 2020 Boris Johnson stated he would release BREXIT potential, saying that it was a wonderful opportunity to take back British Laws, it's borders, and it's Trade. 

"The problem is the British want control, economic prosperity, and access to European Markets and trade without allowing European Nations to have access to the UK and with no say in law. These demands by the British are absurd considering they manufacture nothing, make most of their money through trade with foreign markets, and were in the first place not invited to the European Union. The majority of the UK people who voted for BREXIT Independence don't realize that it would put them in a state of economic seclusion, mostly its an educational problem of Imperial brainwashing who still attempt to portray themselves as rulers and Colonizers when they never were in the first place and all attempts overseas failed miserably. All this while blocking information on the rise of a new Asian Century" 

With 2023 almost upon the United Kingdom, nothing but the worst economic predictions have come true with inflation and a possibility of hyperinflation gripping the country, partly due to significant disruptions in trade, and development has come to an almost halt causing a Housing Crisis. The British Fishing Industry and it's workers who supported BREXIT have been since 2021 facing financial ruin with time-scale difficulties, unable to export their product with no route to market as was promised, Paul Blewett said in 2021 to Channel 4 news "At the moment it feels like you're gambling with a lorry load (50,000 lbs)" meaning the uncertainty of selling what the Fishing Industry catches has not been resolved. There is also worry among UK citizens that there may not even be a United Kingdom in the future if a 2nd Scottish Referendum votes to leave in favor of the European Union which may occur in 2023.

Japanese Anime a continued favorite for Polynesians in both Generation X and Millennials

Anime has hit the Asia Polynesian Pacifica culture very well as Japanese Theology and Mythology are very similar to Asia Outer-Oceania Pacific cultures. Polynesians who admire Japanese Anime have been mostly found in Generation X (1965-1980) and Millennials (born between 1981-1996).

What's the difference in Japanimation and Cartoons
The difference in Anime or Japanimation  and Western Cartoons is Anime has been produced for adult and family audiences and considered a creative Fine Art form, while in the west, cartoons like 😸Tom and Jerry were limited for child audiences. The importance of the art form is viewed completely different in Japan with Japanese artists having a claim on its invention . 

Popular Anime
In the 1980s it was hard to find good Japanese Anime in the west before there was online streaming video starting in the 2000s. It was just in 2007 when more online platforms with streaming video were popping up with online MMORPG gaming. Since then the Anime lover numbers have boomed with sites like CRUNCHYROLL able to show Japanese talents to wider audiences.

One of the most famous Anime Series in the west was Naruto which was released in 2005. The series Naruto became so popular and ran so long, the older versions were remastered to be able to give new generations a chance to join and enjoy the series with both Generation X and Millennials. The series Naruto has 220 episodes while Naruto Shippuden has 500 episodes. Then there are the Naruto movies which is another long list and when Generation X and Millennials became fatherly ages, a Naruto as an adult and his son was released (Boruto) with more in the making. Crunchyroll.com and now Netflix has some of the beginning episodes of Naruto. Other western anime favorite series from the 1980s to the mid 2000s include Bleach 2004, Dragon Ball Z 1989, Berserk 1997, Inuyasha 2000, Pokemon 1997, and 💀 Death Note 2006.

If Anime is a new experience there's a lot of catching up to do. There's a huge range of new series out these days with amazingly entertaining content like the series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba 2019 but in order to really know the difference in quality and understand what should be expected, many fans would recommend to watch past Anime Big Hits. China Minister seeks a forum with Polynesian Nations: Australia and New Zealand intentions under scope

Chinese foreign Minister Wang Yi is seeking a region wide deal with the Pacific Island Forum on a possible lucrative Free-Trade deal for Pacific Island nations and Security-pacts supporting sovereignty. There will be talks on support for climate change and Health. The Pro-Liberal Party Australian Sky News has deemed this move by China a military act and has called for a reaction, however many say that Australia's intentions are the ones in question as are National Party intentions from New Zealand.

The new Labor Prime Minister of Australia Anthony Albanese that recently replaced PM Scott Morrison, has sent Minister of Foreign Affairs Penny Wong to also meet with Asia Pacific - Pacific Island Nations to reestablish ties.

Foreign Minister Wang Yi stated "China has long insisted on providing economic an technological assistance with no political strings attached. We have provided more than 100 projects of assistance, provided more than 200 projects of material assistance, and helped trained 10,000 in various fields" 

Australia's Penny Wong has admitted that under past Australian Government, they have have ignored Climate talks and disrespected Pacific Island nation calls for immediate action. In March of 2022, Eastern Australia experienced the greatest flooding in it's national history leaving thousands and thousands homeless and out of business, many of whom are still in recovery and angry at the lack of Liberal Party help under former PM Scott Morrison. It is also remembered that when the Liberal Party was in office during a Covid Pandemic, Unions and labor forces were the first ones targeted with Mandates. The National Party of New Zealand is no better and when in office, pursues an unshared Anglo vision of New Zealand. Australia is now pledging new promises, but they might be too-little too-late, and only a reactionary tact to growing influences in the region against those who have proven their dedication to progress.

Polynesian History and Asia Pacific History under attack 2012 by Western extremism - A Look back after over 10 years

A founder Thor Heyerdahl of white-washed propaganda in Polynesia, claiming they were a former white Native race from South America who conquered Meso-American Empires and sailed to Polynesia

Ever since Transnational Navigation has been claimed to be a quest of "Greater than most Men" a person with the explorer gene, a colonizer of the world, the Pacific Islander and Polynesian History has been under the scope of jealousy. In the 1990's much of the time the only thing that could be found on Polynesia were half-page summary resourced from an Encyclopedia or by a travel guide. Around the early 2000's, internet information sites like Wikipedia grew to popularity by giving the impression that truth and knowledge was the goal of it's website. However by 2005 Polynesian and other Asia Pacific Islander areas were being slandered about with their histories white-washed into a European vs Asia Pacific or regional combat scenario and the references used many a time were News articles and old racial western ethnographic studies, even some referencing Thor Heyerdahl in modern origin studies. 

The War of Words 2012 as it was once called, spread far passed Wikipedia and Yahoo Answer and forum sites. Those ugly tactics using the power of repetition to make falsehoods a fact, race-baiting, fear mongering, fabrication of issues, controlling the narrative, misrepresentation, demonizing, and gaslighting, started showing in major News like FOX News, BBC, Reuters, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, Sky News Australia, WION (British-Indian News), VOX, RNZ.co.nz, AL Jazeera, and Yahoo News, all propagating, provoking, and slandering to not only stay afloat in an online post-newspaper route world, but some more than others, to help fuel populist political movements and Coalition objectives. 

"It reminds people of when religious academia competed with new Sciences in the 19th century, thats how bad it is now. Only the new religion is Politics. They give it for FREE, imagine that.. what in the west is free? Free History lesson, Free News, ... of course its free right, because its radical crazy dust wrapped in click-bait titles, comes with an extra wire to plug into your brain. 10 years later looking back on 2012

Looking back on 2012, most didnt know or see what was happening in the United States but as the years progressed, more campaigns arose from far-right and right-wing extremists on 3 major areas in the West. Those areas being the USA, Australia, and the United Kingdom. 

The UK over the last 10 years has been through major upheaval with radical racism and political schemes targeting Immigration, China, the expansion of the EURO currency, and the influence of The European Union itself. By 2016, a Tory BREXIT was on the table with Borris Johnson (now former PM) and Nigel Farage at the helm blaming anyone and everyone (including Immigrants and Labor Party Socialism) for all of Uk's problems. BREXIT today has led to trade being stifled along with the UK economy while their neighbor the Republic of Ireland looks to have a much more promising future with the European Union. 

In the USA, populist movements spread and right-wing extremesim moved inside the GOP under Trump 2016 (now former POTUS), VP Mike Pence, Majorie Taylor Green, Kari Lake, Lauren Bobert and others that led eventually to election fraud, attacks on Immigrants, Mass-shootings, escalation of Police violence, stolen classified documents, and an attempted coup during the January 6th attacks on the United States Capitol. Much of the last 10 years of instability and corruption in the USA has fueled the increased efforts by other nations for the need of de-dollarization with new applications to BRICS. 

Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison (replaced by Labor Party Anthony Albanese) was accused of a self-coup who took over several political positions for which he was not appointed for and supported Anti-Immigration policies, Trade Wars against China, and wished Australia to violate long standing Non-proliferation agreements in the Asia Pacific with ASEAN Nations condemning proposals. The former PM Scott Morrison was also blamed for riots and protests in Australia from 2019-2021 who had implimented COVID-Lockdowns on citizens and denied Climate Change, using an 'El Nino' term to describe weather chaos. (Wikipedia has changed its El Nino wikipage to match media headlines) The Melanesian Solomon regions signed a military security pact with China over Morrison's actions in office (Papua and Vanuatu may follow).

However, some channels purposely do attack Samoa's image and historical standing. Much of the online historical propaganda on Samoa has come from British-New Zealanders who support the National Party (Loyalist political party to Britain).

American Samoa's Government delivered another message to United Nations Representatives in 2005 demanding to be removed from the U.N.'s list of World colonies. Commerce Department Deputy Director Lelei Peau was participating in a Regional seminar held from May 17-19 in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines by the U.N. Decolonization Committee.

The U.N. has promoted Decolonization since its founding particularly since its Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples was adopted in 1960. In 1945, about one-third of the World's population lived in dependent, non-self governing Territories. Today the U.N. lists 16 remaining colonies with fewer than 2 million total people.

American Samoa is asking to be removed from that list again and again on the grounds that it wishes to remain a freely associated Trust region or in some political terms 'territory' of the United States. Its position has remained unchanged since the American Samoan Lieutenant Governor first asked to be removed from the list in 1993.

"The position of the people of American Samoa, and its duly elected legislative representatives and government officials is that the current status of the Territory and the United States government is the desired relationship we wish to have," said Governor Togiola T. A. Tulafono last year. His message was delivered to the U.N. Decolonization Committee in their regional seminar held in the Pacific island country of Papua New Guinea.

"It has been a partnership that has aided both our peoples and the bonds of friendship between us are strong. We ask again that American Samoa be delisted as a 'colony' of the United States," said the Samoan Governor's message.

The United States position expressed to the U.N. General Assembly in 2003, is that its remaining territories are self-governing. These Trust regions (territories) are able to choose whether to be independent states as "equal and sovereign partners" of the United States or can remain integrated within the United States.

Notes: 

This article posted is not the only one of it's kind and there have been other times when the United Nations has been asked, and other pollitical powers told, that Eastern Samoa is it's own and has chosen its path for now, not under force of being a Colony and whether terms like 'Territory' or 'Trust Region' are used, or whatever a website or official website may write, it does not change Samoa's History or it's friendship relationship with the United States at this time.

Trudeau attacks peaceful Protesters in The Freedom Convoy over outdated Covid-19 Mandates and Passports: Canadians Trampled

USA Truckers have joined together with Canadian Truckers for several weeks to protest all Mandates and all future restrictions that may be imposed by the Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Originally a massive stretch of 50 miles or more for a single protest created a Worldwide Anti-Mandate Movement. Media outlets have been slow to share information on the ongoing Freedom Convoy status because of possible extremism, for which there has been none.  

Protesters since Day-1 in The Freedom Convoy of 2022 have been uploading on Youtube, showing all the progress and peaceful demonstration, and have also corrected Big Media who have attempted to purposely shame the movement which has backing from Canadian Political figures, Canadian Police, US. Americans, Native Americans, African Americans, and African Canadians.

Trudeau has been called "The World's most popular Fascist" after Emergency powers were called to literally break the backs of protesters, taking their money, their trucks, their business, and almost their lives in some cases where recently it was uploaded on social media that Canadian horses ridden by officers, trampled over several Canadian citizens. Concerned citizens from the U.S.A., Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, U.K., and many other people across Europe have joined in similar Protests and have spoken out against a Canadian Media Black-out of recent events.

Youtube is filled with channels of fake Historians, some being seen as quite wild and crazy. A recent addition to that Youtube propagandist genre is a channel with a mixed crew who seems to be using the subject of "Geography", to snidely teach unresearched facts about numerous Asia Pacific nations online, including doing a video on the nation of Samoa. 

According to the channel the main host is a person of 'Mexican-Spanish decent' who seems to avoid real research into his own heritage, supporting SPAIN quite proactively even though he is of a mixed Mexican background with curly hair and with apparent native fascial features. Point being, he seems to be someone who spreads 'shade and hate' on everyone else to hide his own corrupted nation's history. Polynesians online say he knows nothing about their homelands and nothing about his own history and should help fix his own national drug problems before reporting on other regions like Polynesia.

Her Honorable Majesty Chomolungma never gave her consent to the name Mount Everest: She's a Goddess not a man

It was about a century ago when a few people boasted to others back home that they had measured the greatest Mountain in the world. The renown and Ancient Mountain's proper name is Chomolungma (Komo'lungma or Qomolungma) meaning something to the effect of "Goddess Mother of Mountains". Most people will admit that the title "Mount Everest" is a severe down grade, not to mention a gender change, from the title "Goddess Mother of Mountains", named so by Tibetan scholars. The British who claimed to have rediscovered the already discovered mountain named it unofficially after Sir George Everest aka. "The Mount Everest".

Technically also the highest mountain is not even Mount Everest, possibly one of the 14 hardest, but not the largest. Chimborazo which is located in the South Americas is technically the "Highest point on earth" by measurement. In Polynesia, Mountain Mana Kea or Mt. Mauna Kea in Hawaii is actually the "largest" in the world in mass, measured from the depths of the Moana Pacific Ocean. With that data in mind, the first people to climb the Largest Mountain in the world might have been the Hawaiians, or the Guamese where Mount. Lamlam sits at 37,820 ft. and is the "Tallest".

The only reason Great Chomolungma has repeatedly been through the claim frenzy over the last hundred years is because of the people trying to mount it's summit, while spamming in eng. speaking networks, and texts, the new name of "Mount Everest". This British use of a foreign name though has been seen as disrespectful to many Asians and Tibetans who without their permission and without the help of the great Nepal Sherpa people (professional climbers who guided even Sir George Everest on his first summit), no foreigner could in the past or today, reach the top and return back safely.

An Executive order has been issued by Texas Governor Greg Abbott saying that no state entities or private companies can enforce Vaccine Mandates upon Texas residents who may for any reason object.

"Too many Texans have been sidelined from employment opportunities. Too many small business owners have struggled to pay their bills. This must end. It is now time to open Texas 100%"

“No entity in Texas can compel receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine by any individual, including an employee or a consumer, who objects to such vaccination for any reason of personal conscience, based on a religious belief, or for medical reasons, including prior recovery from COVID-19. I hereby suspend all relevant statutes to the extent necessary to enforce this prohibition”

Countries around the world including Israel, France, Italy, and Australia, are at this time in serious struggles where Covid-19 restrictions have turned into Covid-passports, and authorities there do not recognize natural immunities. If Texas had followed suit with other states and countries around the world, many people would have been out of work, or forced to comply with mandates they did not agree with or were skeptical of, Vaccine Mandates that are continuously questioned as being unamerican.

While Britain boasts on the National BBC NEWS about an AUKUS PACT that looks to have sparked a heavy political backlash Worldwide, the tone within the UK nation is on the verge of panic. Available everyday supplies have begun to spark a strong concern by it's citizens, most of whom now see that BREXIT was a modern day apocalyptic nightmare. Images on UK Social Media have started showing up in USA social media networks of store shelves 35-55% empty. Prices have hiked up to 250% in a short period of time.

"These images have been mostly kept from the USA public in some way, form, or fashion since year 2020, but seem to have now become more viral in 2021 after increased tensions and with no end in sight"

France and European Union to cut off Britain's Southern Border Power: Navy deployed

Posturing to the World seems to be a current British pastime, but this time, France and the European Union seem to have had enough, making sure that the British leave the EU as proposed by BREXIT plans while also showing the world that with a flip-of-a-switch, the UK are literally powerless on their southern borders. Prime Minister of Britain Boris Johnson said on September 20th, 2021 that relations with France couldn't be stronger, and has now been called out on his statement since there are talks of serious retaliatory measures by French Government. Jersey residents of the UK did not vote for BREXIT, but seem to be the ones who will pay the most for the on going political disrespect along with other English channel fishing areas.

The Irish Republic is richer than UK Britain in GDP per capita 2021: Thats the Reality

In the USA, people might not be aware that the Ireland Republic that they knew from the 1990s has over the past 20 years developed into a prosperous nation becoming even richer per capita than the UK, with a GDP per capita outpacing even Switzerland. This amazing economic prosperity being in strong part that Ireland is with the European Union, and no longer has to worry about UK interference. Economic chit-chat on social media have attempted to share their studies of Irish success and have tried to explain Ireland's rise, stability, and future economy.

The conclusion in most analysis is that Ireland today is sustained by hard work from it's very skilled local people and labor force and have flourished in international trade with joining the European Union. With the neighboring UK in a Gas and Power shortage, a Union Crisis, French and BREXIT pressure, and with no plan other than to find new economic partners besides the European Union, The Irish Republic might be the safest place in the region over the next four decades.

Thousands of people across the developed world take to the streets to protest in Eastern Australia, Israel, Germany, France, Italy, Ottawa Canada, and the Netherlands, over Covid-19 restrictions, new mandates, or mandate passports needed to enter places within their own cities. A major vaccine concern is for the safety of women where there is a question of blood clots. This seems to be a major problem since blood clots can't be proven until after death, and it possibly means for now, no one, or company, will be held legally accountable. With an ongoing Recession and prices on food, gas, electricity, rent, and education rising to new heights, no one has anymore room in their lives for continued Covid-19 problems.
